Health and fitness information. We treat this as sensitive and use it only to deliver services safely and appropriately.

3. How we use your information
We use personal information to: respond to your enquiries and provide customer support; register and manage memberships, bookings, and class attendance; process payments and maintain billing records; deliver training, spa, and wellness services safely, including accounting for health information you have shared with us; send service messages such as booking confirmations, schedule changes, and account notices; send marketing communications about classes, offers, and events where you have consented, and you may withdraw that consent at any time; operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and facilities; understand how our website is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it; and meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
4. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand site usage or support marketing measurement.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. Third-party services and integrations
We rely on established third-party providers to run our website and our business. These providers process certain information on our behalf, or in their own right, under their own privacy policies. They include:
Wix, for website hosting, site infrastructure, forms, and customer contact records.
Mindbody, for class schedules, appointment booking, membership management, and payment processing. Bookings and scheduling on our site are delivered through embedded Mindbody widgets, and information you enter into those widgets is processed by Mindbody.
ClassPass, where you access Vibez through a ClassPass membership, so booking and attendance information is exchanged with ClassPass.
Payment processors, to authorise and process card and other payments. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Google, for website analytics and tag management, used to measure and improve site performance.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other social platforms, for our social presence and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
LinkedIn, for our corporate page, corporate wellness communications, and related business outreach.
WhatsApp, where you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, so your message and phone number are processed through that service.
Email and communication tools, to send service and marketing messages.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers for details of their own practices. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Beyond the service providers described above, we may disclose personal information to professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, and lawyers; where required by law, regulation, court order, or a lawful request from a competent UAE authority; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vibez, our members, our staff, or others; and in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganisation of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers operate or store data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with applicable UAE data-protection principles.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it non-identifiable.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete; ask us to delete information where there is no continuing legal or business reason to retain it; object to, or ask us to restrict, certain uses of your information; withdraw consent where we rely on consent, including for marketing; and request a copy of information you provided to us, in a commonly used format.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. Where a minor participates in a programme at our facility, we collect only what is necessary and with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
